Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange a shirt?

As all of the t-shirts sold on Deliriumtees.com are custom made to order as per your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure prior to confirming / placing your order that the size, design, and other specifications are correct. For your convenience, each page has a link to a size / style chart.


I was sent the wrong shirt / I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us at orders@deliriumees.ca with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and pay for you to send the defective / incorrect shirt back to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit and debit cards.


How much will it cost to ship my t-shirt?

Shipping is free within Canada and the contiguous United States.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to Canada and the United States only.


What shipping methods are available?

All orders shipped originate from our facility in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia via Canada Post. Orders shipped via Canada Post to the US will be delivered by USPS.


How long will it take my order to arrive?

Typically we ship within two days of purchase. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) from date of shipping is 7 business days for orders within Canada and 14 business days for orders to the United States.


Ordering

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@deliriumtees.ca and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we may be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.


Do your shirts go on backorder?

We keep all our shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email as soon as possible notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually have the shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.


T-shirts

What brand of t-shirts do you use?

We feature Fruit of the Loom High Density 8.25 oz. pre-shrunk, 100% cotton t-shirts.
Fabric variations: Athletic Heather 90% cotton, 10% polyester.


What sizes do you carry?

We carry small to XXXL in men's / unisex, and small to XXL in ladies. For additional sizes, please contact us at orders@deliriumtees.ca.
Our men's / unisex crew tees feature a classic fit for all day comfort and style, lay flat collar, reinforced seams, and is super soft wash after wash.
Our ladies shirts are side seamed and slightly contoured for a flattering fit, and label free for added comfort. Unisex size _ women may prefer to order one size smaller.


Printing Processes

How are your shirts printed?

All of shirts are manually screen printed resulting in a quality, one of a kind print as no two shirts are exactly alike.


What type of inks do you use?

We only use water-based inks that are free from harmful Phthalates and plastics. Water based inks are more breathable; provide an extremely soft hand, crisp look, and the ink sinks into the fibers of the shirt becoming part of the fabric. In our screen printing processes we use natural and biodegradable products and chemicals. We are committed to operating our facilities in compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.


If you use water-based inks, will my design wash out?

The short answer is, no. Water-based inks are a mixture of water with dye or pigment. The water acts as the main solvent to keep the pigment or dye in liquid form. Once cured, the ink becomes a part of the shirt.
